FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • A: Our team of Project Managers, run multiple projects each. Every project is assigned an installation crew, including a Field Coordinator or Job Foreman, who is responsible for on-site supervision. Our Field Coordinator/Job Foreman attends weekly jobsite meetings and maintains daily communication with the assigned Project Manager.

  • A: Exterior Doors are shipped by tractor/trailer or box truck, depending on load size, per the building sequence of the project. Interior doors and trim are shipped in the same manner with the trim on the floor of the trailer and doors loaded on top of the trim. Our onsite crews will unload the trucks as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • A: Yes, but there are limits. There must be enough work in the scope to make an installation contract feasible, so our contracts must include doors & trim. For example, a purchase of only Fire extinguishers & Cabinets and Bath Accessories would not be acceptable, but we can add them to our Door and Trim package.

  • A: Typically the answer would be no, but we take these type of requests on a case-by-case basis.

  • A: The majority of our work is turn-key, but we do sometimes offer material-only packages.
